Whether you’re preparing for a new opportunity, navigating a pivot, re-entering the job market, expanding your visibility, pursuing speaking engagements, consulting work, grants, board opportunities, or wanting your professional brand to better reflect your growth, this package was designed to help you show up with stronger language, sharper positioning, and greater alignment.

The Full Rebrand combines your résumé, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and short-form professional bio into one cohesive package so that your materials aren’t working against each other. Instead, they work together.

The strongest professional brands are built with consistency across platforms. It’s often counterproductive to have an excellent LinkedIn profile paired with a weak résumé, a strong résumé supported by an outdated online presence, or an impressive professional history that becomes difficult to summarize when someone asks, “So, tell me about yourself.”

That’s where the short-form bio becomes important. Your bio gives you language you can use beyond the job search. It can support speaker submissions, website profiles, introductions, media opportunities, board applications, consulting opportunities, networking conversations, program features, event pages, and moments where you need to be understood quickly and clearly. It helps distill your experience into language that feels polished, grounded, and easy to share.

How It Works:

After purchase, you will receive a Career Services Questionnaire and service agreement. Both are required before work can begin.

The questionnaire is designed to gather the detail, context, and nuance needed to rebuild your résumé, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and short-form bio with care, strategy, and language that reflects the truth of your work. The agreement outlines the scope of work, timelines, revision policy, client responsibilities, and the full terms and conditions for the service.

Your 30-minute onboarding call will take place after your questionnaire has been submitted and reviewed. This call gives us space to clarify your goals, discuss direction, and ensure your materials are being approached with the level of strategy they require.

The 30-minute wrap-up call will take place after revisions are complete, allowing us to review the final direction of your materials, discuss how to use them, and clarify your next steps.

Turnaround Time:

Standard turnaround time is 12-14 business days

Turnaround begins only once all required materials have been received in full

This includes your completed questionnaire, signed agreement, current résumé, current LinkedIn profile link, and any requested supporting documents

If materials are submitted late or incomplete, the turnaround window will shift accordingly

Revisions:

Two rounds of revisions are included

Revisions are intended for thoughtful refinements, clarification, and adjustments within the original scope of the project

Any significant rewrites, added materials, or new direction introduced after the project has begun may be subject to an additional fee

Expedited Support:

Expedited service may be added using the service menu.

Absolutely. Here’s a clean clause you can add under Payment Plans, Please Note, or your checkout/service agreement language.

Payment Plans:

Payment plans are available for select services and may be split into three payments according to the payment dates listed at checkout. By selecting a payment plan, the client agrees to complete all scheduled payments in full and on time.

Work may begin after the first payment has been received, the service agreement has been signed, and all required materials have been submitted. However, final delivery of completed materials will not take place until the full balance has been paid.

Please note that standard turnaround times still apply and begin only once all required materials have been received in full. If the project turnaround period is completed before the final payment date, completed materials will be held until the final payment has been successfully processed.

Missed, failed, or delayed payments may pause the project timeline, delay delivery, and affect access to calls, revisions, or completed materials. All payments made toward a service are non-refundable, including partial payments made through a payment plan.

By choosing a payment plan, the client understands that the service is being reserved and completed under the same policies, scope, revision terms, and final sale conditions as a full upfront payment.
