Whether you need an updated bio for your website, speaking engagements, LinkedIn, grant applications, media opportunities, consulting work, panel introductions, or other professional asks, this package was designed to help you speak about your work in a way that feels more aligned, intentional, and true.
Too many people are still relying on bios that are outdated, overly vague, too long, too thin, or disconnected from the level they are operating at now. The Bio Edit helps change that. It’s designed to give you language that introduces you clearly, confidently, and with more depth.
What’s Included:
One short-form bio: A polished and concise version of your story that can be used for speaker pages, event programs, social platforms, media asks, and other spaces where a shorter introduction is needed.
One long-form bio: A fuller and more detailed version of your story designed to offer greater context, depth, and credibility. This is ideal for websites, grant applications, media features, professional platforms, and spaces where a more expansive introduction is needed.
One 20-minute onboarding call: This call takes place after your questionnaire has been submitted and reviewed. It gives us space to clarify your goals, audience, and the overall direction of the bios.
One 20-minute wrap-up call: This call takes place after revisions have been completed. It gives us space to review the final materials, answer any remaining questions, and support you in using your bios across different spaces.
Two rounds of revisions: These are included to ensure the final language feels aligned, accurate, and reflective of both your voice and your work. Revisions are intended for thoughtful refinement within the original scope of the project.
How It Works:
After purchase, you will receive a questionnaire and service agreement. Both are required before work begins.
The questionnaire is designed to gather the context, nuance, and detail needed to shape your bio thoughtfully. This includes information about your work, your voice, your audience, and the kinds of spaces or opportunities where the bio may be used. The agreement outlines the scope of work, timeline, revision policy, client responsibilities, and full terms and conditions connected to the service.
Your 20-minute onboarding call will take place after your questionnaire has been submitted and reviewed. The 20-minute wrap-up call will take place after revisions have been completed.
Turnaround Time:
Standard turnaround time is 10 to 12 business days
Turnaround begins only once all required materials have been received in full
If materials are submitted late or incomplete, the turnaround window will shift accordingly
Revisions:
Two rounds of revisions are included
Revisions are intended for thoughtful refinement, clarification, and adjustments within the original scope of the project
Any significant rewrites, added deliverables, or new direction introduced after the project has begun may be subject to an additional fee
Expedited Support:
Expedited service may be available depending on schedule and capacity
